  • All orders are shipped directly from our international supplier, which may be located outside the European Union, including China.

  • Because of this, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Responsibility & Delivery Confirmation

  • Once tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility transfers to the customer.
