Return Policy

At Sarah & Emma London, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly and transparently.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any customs or import charges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging still attached.

  • Trying on an item is permitted; however, wearing or using the item is not allowed.

  • Returns of products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted and will not be refunded.


Return Process

Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@sarahemmalondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After your request has been reviewed, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside of Europe (e.g., China).

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Sarah & Emma London is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, we will assess whether it meets our return conditions.

  • If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method used for the order.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return does not meet the conditions stated above, the refund may be refused.


Liability & Responsibility

  • Sarah & Emma London is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.
